OmniBrief
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data OmniBrief collects on omnibrief.online, during the free trial and in customer accounts, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. OmniBrief is a product of Webdazzle, based in Giza, Egypt. We follow Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations.
1. Who we are
The data controller is OmniBrief, a product of Webdazzle.
Address: 12 Eligaz Street, Gameat El Dewal, Giza, Egypt
WhatsApp: 01106420815
2. What we collect
What you give us
- The trial form: your name and your WhatsApp number.
- Inside the free trial, when you press “Make it mine”: your business name, your email and your website or Instagram link.
- As a customer: your brand brief, product details, logo, the images you upload and the content you generate.
- When we talk: what you tell us on WhatsApp or on a call, and our notes of the conversation.
What is collected automatically
- On this website: the pages and sections you view, the buttons you press, the videos you play, how far you get in the form, your device type, your language, the page that sent you here and advertising campaign tags. A random visitor ID is kept in your browser. We store a scrambled, daily-changing version of your IP address, not the address itself.
- In the free trial: which sample brands you open, the pictures and videos you view, the time you spend, the buttons you press and whether you book a call. This is linked to your request so we can follow up with you.
What we read from public sources
When you give us your website link, we read the logo, colours and products it publishes, to pre-fill your brief. We do not read Instagram or Facebook pages.
3. Why we use it
- To give you what you asked for: creating and running your trial and your account, and replying to you.
- To contact you about your request, by WhatsApp or phone, at the time you chose.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website, with your consent where the law requires it.
- Marketing messages, only with your explicit consent. You can stop them at any time by telling us.
- To keep the service safe, for example to detect spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models of our own.
4. Who we share it with
- Hosting: the cloud servers where the website, the trial and customer accounts run.
- AI providers — OpenAI, Google (Gemini) and fal.ai: when a customer generates content, the relevant brief text and images are sent to them to produce the result.
- Meta: the website pixel and the Conversions API measure our advertising, and your email, phone and name are only ever sent to them in hashed form; WhatsApp carries our messages; Facebook and Instagram receive content when you connect your page to publish.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, when switched on, for website statistics.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
These companies process data under their own terms, for example Meta’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Transfers outside Egypt
Some of the providers above store or process data outside Egypt. We transfer personal data only in the cases the law allows — with your consent, or where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for — and we choose providers that protect it adequately.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| ob_lang | OmniBrief | Remembers your language | 1 year |
| ob_vid, ob_sid | OmniBrief (browser storage) | Random visitor and session IDs for our own statistics | Until you clear them / end of visit |
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta | Advertising measurement | About 90 days |
| _ga | Website statistics, only when switched on | Up to 2 years |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website keeps working without them. You can also manage Meta advertising in Meta ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.
7. How long we keep it
- Trial requests and trial activity for people who do not become customers: up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Website statistics: up to 24 months, then deleted or made anonymous.
- Customer accounts: while the account is active. After it closes you can download your content, and we delete it within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer, such as invoices.
8. Your rights
Under Egyptian law you have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct, update, add to or erase it;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- limit processing to a defined purpose;
- object to processing that conflicts with your rights;
- be told if a breach affects your data.
To use any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp at 01106420815. We reply within six working days, free of charge, and we may first ask you to confirm who you are.
9. How we protect it
Everything travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Stored access keys for AI providers are encrypted, identifiers are hashed before they reach advertising platforms, and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects your data, we will tell the Personal Data Protection Center within 72 hours and you within three working days, as the law requires.
10. Children
OmniBrief is a service for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data; if you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you by message if the change is significant.
